RS Powerlifting

This 12 week program is designed to help you build volume, efficiency, and smash PR's in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

  Features:

  • 4 workouts per week

  • In depth video and written explanation for every exercise

  • Lifetime program access via PDF copy

  • Intent based warm ups designed to increase output capacity and avoid common injuries associated with powerlifting

  • Instructions for choosing working weights and easy to follow progressions to ensure gains are being made

  • Access and ability to track every rep on the Resilient Strength App.

  • All exercises should be able to be completed at any regular gym

RS Foundations

This 9 week program is designed to build a solid base of athleticism and improve performance in sport while minimizing the risk of injury.

  • 3 workouts per week

  • In depth video and written explanation for every exercise

  • Intent based warm ups to avoid common injuries and build resilience.

  • Instructions for choosing weights and easy to follow progressions to ensure progress.

Free At Home Explosive Strength Program

This 6 week program is built for athletes to be able to maintain and gain strength and explosiveness from home utilizing mainly body weight exercises.​

​

​  Features:

  • Option of 2 - 4 workouts per week

  • Exercise videos available for all exercises and weekly progressions.

  • Downloadable PDF spreadsheet for program layout.

  • All exercises should be able to be completed at home with minimal to no equipment, but if you do have weights or bands they can be used throughout.
