Why Train With Me
Your health, fitness, and performance are of utmost importance to you and me!
I have 7 years of university education studying the human body and 4+ years of internship and employment experience working with athletes and active individuals in both performance and rehabilitation settings. I have built a strong base of knowledge and skill that is ever growing, and I understand how to apply it to create the most effective and efficient path to recovery or the next level of performance.
If you are looking to increase your performance I take a systemic approach to creating a truly personalized strength and conditioning program and look to integrate principles of injury deterrence and resilience that will help you stay at the top of your game while increasing that ceiling.
If it is injury rehabilitation you are concerned with, I take the necessary steps to promote healing and bridge the gap between recovery and return to play by utilizing strength and conditioning principles to ensure you are ready to return to action and continue to increase your capacity and capability even after you step foot back on the field, court, or rink.
This blended model of performance and rehabilitation is what makes Resilient Strength and my approach to both realms unique!
