I, Kyle Frey, am a Certified Athletic Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 4+ years of experience working with athletes and active populations in both performance and rehabilitation settings. I am a former college baseball player at the NAIA level and currently compete as a powerlifter.
My education background includes 7 years of schooling at both Concordia University and York University which ultimately resulted in attaining a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Certificate in Athletic Therapy. Further self study and examination lead to my Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification. Applying this foundational and specialized knowledge it is my goal to help athletes reach their full potential whether that is coming back from injury or maximizing performance.
